Mrs. Ziyana Alkhusaibi is the Manager of Graduate Medical Education at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, UAE. She oversees all administrative aspects of regulatory, compliance, and accreditation activities for the institution and its training programs. Mrs. Alkhusaibi has established and implemented Graduate Medical Education (GME) policies, procedures, and departmental goals to meet these requirements. She also provides guidance and expertise to new Program Coordinators and Program Directors on GME data systems and processes.

Prior to this role, Mrs. Alkhusaibi served as a Post Graduate Medical Education Officer at the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, where she was instrumental in developing the application processes for the Residency and Fellowship Match, optimizing the placement of graduate physicians into postgraduate training programs across Abu Dhabi.

Mrs. Alkhusaibi holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Children's Nursing from Salford University, UK (2006).
