Dr. James Arrighi is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ACGME-International. He completed his Bachelor of Science and Medical Doctor degrees at Brown University in Rhode Island, USA. He completed training in internal medicine, cardiology, and nuclear medicine at Washington University in St. Louis, the National Institutes of Health, and Yale University School of Medicine.  Before joining ACGME, Dr. Arrighi served as a program director for the cardiology fellowship, and as director of graduate medical education, at Brown University and Rhode Island Hospital.   He is a Professor of Medicine Emeritus at Brown University, USA.
