Dr. Shifan Khanday is a distinguished medical professional and educator, currently serving as the Director of eLearning and Acting Associate Dean of Research at Dubai Medical College for Girls. With a multifaceted academic background and a commitment to advancing medical education, Dr. Khanday is a leading figure in the integration of technology and education within the healthcare sector.

Dr. Khanday holds an MBBS and MD, complemented by a Diplomate in Family Medicine, reflecting her comprehensive understanding of clinical practice. Her pursuit of excellence in education led her to earn a Master’s in Health Professions Education (MHPE), enhancing her ability to innovate in teaching and curriculum design.

Dr. Khanday has expanded her expertise to include an MBA, equipping her with strategic management skills that are crucial in her leadership roles. Recognizing the transformative potential of technology in healthcare, she further pursued a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence.

As Director of eLearning, Dr. Khanday has been instrumental in driving the digital transformation at DMCG. Acting Associate Dean of Research, she oversees a dynamic research environment, fostering innovation and encouraging the development of new knowledge in medicine.
