Dr. Nathan Thompson is CEO and co-founder of Assessment Systems, where his focus is on empowering organizations with software that makes it easier to implement modern psychometrics, from item response theory to adaptive/multistage testing to automated essay scoring. He has a PhD from the University of Minnesota in Psychometrics.
