Director of Clinical Learning and Development & Director of Simulation Center Administration, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi

Dr. Ingy Bakir is the Director of Clinical Learning and Development & Director of Simulation Center Administration at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where she oversees Undergraduate Medical Education (UME), Continuing Medical Education (CME), Faculty Development, and Simulation Center Operations. She also serves as a Surveyor for the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), contributing to the evaluation and continuous improvement of CME programs internationally. She is a certified Training and Development Professional by the Institute for Performance and Learning in Canada and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at Concordia University in Montreal. Ingy has published in peer-reviewed journals, and her work has been accepted for presentation and panel discussions at major international conferences, including those organized by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD), and the Association for Medical Education in Europe (AMEE).
