Dr. Al-Areibi is an Associate Professor and practicing Anesthesiologist in the Department of Anesthesia & Perioperative Medicine at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, Canada. A dedicated medical educator, he has previously served as a residency and fellowship program director and is an active accreditation advisor and surveyor.

Dr. Al-Areibi has been recognized for excellence in postgraduate medical education, including receiving the John Bradley Young Educator Award and multiple

Postgraduate Teacher of the Year awards. His scholarly work includes peer-reviewed
