Dr. Hadeel is a physician and Senior Assessment Specialist at the National Institute for Health Specialties (NIHS), UAE, and a faculty member in Medical Education at the Faculty of Medicine, Suez Canal University, Egypt. She has over six years of experience in medical education and three years of clinical experience in internal medicine, with extensive experience in the use of artificial intelligence and data analytics in assessment and learning, as well as strong expertise in assessment methods, including exam blueprinting, test and item design, standard setting, and assessment results analysis. Her work also focuses on faculty development and quality assurance in health professions education.
