Wafa Al-Alawlaqi holds an Executive master’s degree in public administration and a
bachelor’s degree in communication and media sciences from Zayed University with honors.
With a wealth of practical and professional experience spanning over 13 years in education,
professional training, business management, accreditation processes, and quality assurance,
I actively contribute to the success of the National Institute for Health Specialties.
My role within the institute involves managing and enhancing procedures and services
for both institutional and programmatic accreditation. I take part in coordinating
the Central Accreditation Committee and its subcommittees, overseeing the organization
of institutional and programmatic evaluation processes, accrediting assessors, and
preparing reports pertinent to accreditation services.
In addition, I have been a proactive participant in shaping the institute's future
through my involvement in developing its strategy. This includes formulating policies,
standards, and procedures for accreditation, evaluation, and training. Notably, I
played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the institute's website and electronic
services.
Through my dedicated contributions, my goal is to elevate medical education within
the country and champion the implementation of quality assurance standards in the
delivery of health training programs.
