Throughout my career, I have actively participated in university-wide institutional and program accreditations, collaborating with renowned international accrediting bodies such as CAA, QAA, IBMS, ACPE, WFME, among others. My multifaceted responsibilities encompass policy formulation and implementation, strategic and operational planning, institutional data reporting to regulatory bodies, and the design and administration of evaluations to gauge program effectiveness.
In the pursuit of excellence, I have played a key role in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing change implementation and institutional effectiveness. Working closely with institutional management and academic/administration teams, I have successfully implemented various quality models, including EFQM, QAA, CAA 2019 Standards, RADAR, and PDCA Deming's Cycle.
My leadership extends to data management and reporting projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities. Conducting internal audits, I identify areas for improvement, recommend corrective measures, and oversee their implementation across all university domains. Notable achievements under my stewardship include securing the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Gold Award (SKEA), DQAA, and DHDA awards for the university.
Embracing the EFQM model using the RADAR approach, I have facilitated its integration into various processes, systems, and services at the university. Additionally, I have reviewed program performances through the evaluation of self-study documents submitted for accreditation/re-accreditation, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
