As consultant psychiatrist and Chair of Behavioral Sciences Institute / Al Ain Hospital, I have long experience in the management of psychiatry services stretching from 2005 till present (more than 17 years). In addition, I have long experience as educator and manager in medical education through my work as Chair of Academic Affairs Department (2005-2015) as well through my current responsibilities within the Emirati Board/NIHS (Chair of Psychiatry Scientific Committee and Central Accreditation Sub-Committee and member of the Central Accreditation Committee and Executive Committee). Furthermore, I represent Al Ain Region in multiple committees within SEHA and DOH.
