Your abstract should be a summary of your research in no more than 300 words.
The abstract must be submitted as a PDF.
In addition to your abstract you will also be asked to provide details on how you
intend to present your research at the 4th Annual USRC. This can be in the form of
an Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation.
All abstracts should be in English, with the exception of where Arabic is the main
language of instruction (e.g. Law, Arabic Literature)
All applicants must submit their abstracts online using the Abstract Submission link,
by midnight on Wednesday 14th February 2018. Please note that late submissions will not be considered.
Step 2:-
Once abstract submissions have closed, all abstracts will be judged by a panel of
reviewers.
Applicants will either be accepted or given the opportunity to review their abstract
for re-submission.
All students asked to re-submit will be given specific feedback on areas for improvement.
All applicants will be contacted by email as to the outcome of their submission.
When successful applicants have received confirmation of their acceptance, they should
officially register as a presenter through the appropriate registration form available
on the conference website. This will become available after the 28th February 2018 and remain open until midnight on Wednesday 14th March 2018.
Registration will indicate acceptance by the applicant of their participation at the
conference.
