Your poster size should be either in Landscape orientation (A1- Size 594x841 mm),
or Portrait orientation (A0 – Size 841x1189 mm).
All posters should be in English, with the exception of posters where the main language
of instruction is Arabic (e.g. Law, Arabic Literature)
Copies of posters should be submitted to the conference organizers as a PDF file for
inclusion in the conference resource pack made available to participants, one month
before the conference date.
Any required tables or special equipment should be coordinated and requested from
the organizing committee ahead of a time, by sending the request form to the conference
email USRC.info@usrc.ac.ae, one month before the conference date at the latest (by 18/03/2018).
Your poster must be readable from 2 meters’ distance.
Presenters must be available to discuss their posters during the allotted session
and time, or they should be prepared to deliver their presentation through an audio
or video media, to be streamed through augmented reality software. (Please contact us for details about this option).
Make sure that your poster includes the following:
Conference logo (available to download from our web site)
Please make sure that you use relevant colors, designs and font types.
Your poster must be readable from 2 meters’ distance.
Experimental projects and media projects (Video/Film) should be presented during the
poster sessions, and must be no longer than 10 minutes’ length (Please contact us for further details)
