Journal Submission

This special issue is open to submissions concerning the Impactful Contributions from the 8th International Conference on Engineering Geophysics (ICEG) 2026.

Contributions can be research articles or review articles. Submitted manuscripts must not be previously published nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Submitted contributions should clarify the significance of the new data and interpretations in the context of previously published research on the area or topic (i.e., include a critical review). Repetition of previously published information should be avoided.

To submit the articles, authors should select " Impactful Contributions from the 8th International Conference on Engineering Geophysics 2026" on the dropdown menu. Manuscripts may be submitted on or before the 30th December 2026 deadline. All papers will be thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published as soon as possible in the special issue section of the Springer Nature, Mediterranean Geoscience Reviews (MEGR) website. Following the online publication of the papers, a final volume will be compiled accompanied by an Editorial Introduction.
