Rodrigo Cuéllar Hidalgo works as an information systems specialist at the Daniel Cosío Villegas Library of El Colegio de México, and is currently a doctoral student in computer science at the National Center for Technological Research and Development (CENIDET) of the National Technological Institute of Mexico (TechNM), his line of research focuses on Reference Mining through machine learning.
