Guidelines

• All presenters and attendees must register and pay according to their category per the Registration Fees schedule above.
• Kindly note that ZEMCH2021 requires that the lead author pay a three-day registration fee by 1^st -16^th October 2021 for the paper to be included in the proceedings and presented. At this point, the program will be finalized.
• Online registration will be available until 16^th October 2021. After this date, only on-site registration will apply.
• One-day registration is available on-line and on-site.
• ONLY online registration is available through the ZEMCH 2021 website. Registration via email and fax are not acceptable
• For change of category or registration cancellation, please contact the secretariat by email at ZEMCH2021@uaeu.ac.ae
• In submitting a paper for ZEMCH 2021, the author acknowledges that the work is original and was not previously published.
• All students must present evidence of their status for registration.

Payment Method

Payment of registration fees should be made using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Credit Card

• Most credit cards are accepted
• All service charges on credit cards are to be paid by the registrant.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the UAE Dirham  exchange rate

Option 2: Wire Transfer

• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• The Conference’s name and the registrant’s name should be included in the wire transfer slip.
• A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent to the conference secretariat: ZEMCH2021@uaeu.ac.ae
• Appropriate payment should be completed within the indicated period of registration. If the payment is received after the registration period, additional charges may apply.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation must be forwarded in writing to the conference secretariat at:  ZEMCH2021@uaeu.ac.ae
• Fees, excluding an administrative fee and any bank charges, will be returned if cancellation occurs before the September 30, 2020 as per the deadlines below.

Cancellation by June 30, 2020	20% refund

Visas

For participants with an accepted abstract and with full or student payment registration, an invitation letter may be issued to facilitate visa application.
