The presenting author of an abstract has to complete online registration with a proper payment to secure his/her presentation by August 15.

Process

Step 1: Online Submission of Abstract by March 15 (Mandatory)

All abstracts must be submitted via the official website of the ZEMCH 2020 (https://conferences.uaeu.ac.ae/zemch2021/en/index.shtml#).

• Length: Text max. 450 words (text only)
• Language: English

Step 2: Online Submission of Full Draft Paper or Extended Abstract by June 15 (Optional)

Full paper submission is optional for the authors whose abstract(s) is accepted. The ZEMCH 2020 organizers will not edit or proofread your submitted paper at any circumstance; therefore, we urge you to proofread your final copy carefully before the submission.

• Guidelines for the Paper Preparation

1. All full draft papers or extended abstracts to be submitted at My Page > “Abstract Status” on the ZEMCH 2020 website using PDF file and Word file.
2. Must to use the provided template as below.

3. Full draft paper may not exceed 6 pages.
4. All type and illustrations should appear within designated margins on all sides.
5. Recommend 10-point type with 10-points of leading (spacing between lines).
6. Use Palatino Linotype typeface or an equivalent.
7. Indent each paragraph 1/4 inch (use tab; do not use the space bar to indent). Single-space your text in single column format.
8. Changes to accepted papers must be limited to revisions or changes requested by the Scientific Program Committee.

Step 3: Authors will be notified of Full Draft Paper review by July 10

Step 4: Online Submission of Final Papers by September 15 (Mandatory only for Authors who submitted full draft paper)

Authors of full draft paper have to submit their final paper to be included in the USB proceedings which will be distributed at the beginning of the conference. In case of authors who submitted abstract only, their abstracts will be included in the proceedings.
