Presenting Author Registration

A full registration to the conference will support a maximum of 2 abstracts/full-length papers. Single day rates, one day passes, workshop only, exhibitor, or any other specialty prices do not include and will not support abstract submission or allow for the submission of a full-length paper to be published in the Book Series: Water Science and Technology Library.

Registration received without payment (until 10 January 2027) will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Registration includes access to all sessions, workshop, exhibits, welcome reception, conference program, conference book of Abstracts, plus additional conference handouts.

Accompanying Persons

The accompanying persons fee does not include attendance of the conference. It does not provide access for attending presentations in the lecture halls or poster presentations. It included the following:

• Ice Breaker Reception
• Morning & afternoon breaks through the conference days
• Lunch through the conference days
• A ticket to the Gala Dinner
• A ticket to the site visit

*In order to register as a student, an email indicating your current course of study, accompanied by a copy of your current student ID, should be sent to WARMS@uaeu.ac.ae.

Conference registrations will be confirmed once the completed form and payment is received and processed by the Conference Office. Payment of registration fees on-site must be made using a credit or debit card. Cash cannot be accepted.

Badges should be worn by all conference participants while in the conference venues and will be used to validate registration for sessions and workshops. The name provided at registration will appear on the badge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent to the technical organizer at WARMS@uaeu.ac.ae in written form. Refunds will be processed after the event as follows:

• Cancellation before or on 10 January 2027: 50% refund.
• Cancellation after 20 January 2027: no refund can be made available.

Any bank charge or commission must be covered by the participant.
