Every registered delegate is responsible for requesting an official invitation letter
(if needed). If you need to apply for a visa, please APPLY EARLY.
Conference participants requiring a letter of invitation to attend the conference
should contact the Conference Registration Office, WARMS@uaeu.ac.ae, after following the registration steps and uploading the registration form through
the conference website. The information submitted during your registration will be
used to create your letter of invitation.
Please note that this procedure aims to assist participants needing to obtain a visa
or permission to attend the conference and is not an official invitation covering
fees or other expenses. Registrants should obtain confirmation of their registration
from the Conference Office before confirming travel arrangements.
Visa Information
Visitors to the United Arab Emirates must obtain a visa prior to travel unless they
are a citizen of a country eligible for visa-free entry or visa on arrival.
Visas can be applied for via your closest UAE mission. Conference participants are
advised to apply for visas well in advance. Please contact an embassy or consulate
of the UAE in your home country for more information.
Hotels, tourism companies and UAE airlines can also apply for a tourist visa (valid
for 30 days) on your behalf.
