Registration Fee

The author and attendee registration must be done via EDAS using a credit card (click here). The registration fees are:

Category	Regular Registration
Author – non-IEEE member	US $150
Author – IEEE member	US $125
Author – student	US $100
Student poster	No charge
Other Attendees	No charge for other attendees.

 

“The conference is pleased to announce the availability of funds to defray the cost of conference registration. Authors of accepted papers are encouraged to apply for these grants. Information on how to apply for this will be posted soon.”

Deadlines

• Registration for the paper authors will be open from 12:01 AM (GMT-12) on October 1, 2020 to 11:59 PM (GMT-12) on October 25, 2020.
• Registration for attendees, who are neither paper authors nor poster presenters, will be open until the last day of the conference.
• Last Day for Refunds would be 11:59 PM (GMT-12) on November 1, 2020.

 

Instructions

• At least one author of a paper must register by 11:59 PM (GMT-12) on November 2, 2020. By this date, the camera-ready copy of the paper and copyright form must be also be submitted.
• One full registration fee covers one paper of up to 6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references). A discount of 50% will be offered for a second paper.
• There will be a charge of 50$ per every excess page over and above the 6 allowed pages and upto a maximum of 8 pages.
• A cancellation charge of US $50 will be deducted from the registration amount if cancelled by November 1, 2020. No refund will be granted after this date.
• No refund is granted for a "no show". Based on the IEEE policies, an accepted paper must be presented to be considered for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore database.
• If you are registering as a student author, you must:
  • be the first author of the paper
  • register in EDAS as a student, and
  • submit a scanned and legible copy of your valid student ID.
