Registration

The author and attendee registration has to be done via EDAS using a credit card (click here). The registration fees are:

Submission of camera-ready copy of the paper and the copyright form will be open until 11:59 PM (GMT-12) on October 22, 2018.

Early Registration will be open until 11:59 PM (GMT-12) on October 15, 2018.
Regular Registration for the paper authors will be from 12:01 AM (GMT-12) on October 16, 2018 to 11:59 PM (GMT-12) on October 22, 2018.
Regular registration for attendees, who are neither paper authors nor poster presenters, will be open until the last day of the conference.
Last Day for Refunds would be 11:59 PM (GMT-12) on November 1, 2018.

At least one author of a paper must register by 11:59 PM (GMT-12) on October 22, 2018. By this date, the camera-ready copy of the paper and copyright form must be also be submitted.
One full registration fee covers one paper of up to 6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references).
Besides one fully paid and registered paper, only one additional paper registration is allowed at the discounted rate of $150.
A cancellation charge of US $100 will be deducted from the registration amount if cancelled by November 1, 2018. No refund will be granted after this date.
No refund is granted for a "no show". Based on the IEEE policies, an accepted paper must be presented to be considered for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore database.
In order to get a student author discount, the student must: (1) be the first author of the paper, (2) register in EDAS as a student,(3) submit a scanned and legible copy of his valid student ID, and (4) present the paper in the conference.
To facilitate the visa application, we can issue (only to) the registered authors, a letter stating the acceptance of his/her paper – no other visa assistance would be available from us. More visa information is available on this page.
One registration includes a copy of the conference proceedings and lunch, refreshments and a gala dinner for one person.
