A full registration to the conference will support a maximum of 2 abstracts/full-length papers. Single day rates, one day passes, workshop only, exhibitor, or any other specialty prices do not include and will not support abstract submission or allow for the submission of a full-length paper to be published in the Book Series: Water Science and Technology Library.
Registration received without payment (until 20 January 2022) will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Conference registrations will be confirmed once the completed form and payment is received and processed by the Conference Office. Payment of registration fees on-site must be made using a credit or debit card. Cash cannot be accepted.
Badges should be worn by all conference participants while in the conference venues and will be used to validate registration for sessions and workshops. The name provided at registration will appear on the badge.

All cancellations must be sent to the technical organizer at wrc.expo2020@uaeu.ac.ae in written form. Refunds will be processed after the event as follows:
Any bank charge or commission must be covered by the participant.
Every registered delegate is responsible for requesting an official invitation letter (if needed). If you need to apply for a visa, please APPLY EARLY.
Conference participants requiring a letter of invitation to attend the conference should contact the Conference Registration Office, wrc.expo2020@uaeu.ac.ae, after following the registration steps and uploading the registration form through the conference website. The information submitted during your registration will be used to create your letter of invitation.
Please note that this procedure aims to assist participants needing to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference and is not an official invitation covering fees or other expenses. Registrants should obtain confirmation of their registration from the Conference Office before confirming travel arrangements.
Visitors to the United Arab Emirates must obtain a visa prior to travel unless they are a citizen of a country eligible for visa-free entry or visa on arrival.
Visas can be applied for via your closest UAE mission. Conference participants are advised to apply for visas well in advance. Please contact an embassy or consulate of the UAE in your home country for more information.
Hotels, tourism companies and UAE airlines can also apply for a tourist visa (valid for 30 days) on your behalf.
