The conference registrations fees can be made by bank wire transfer.

  1. Please ensure that the amount transferred is equal to the total due INCLUDING any bank charges.

  2. To assist in the allocation of your payment, please fill the registration form provided, scan it and email it along with the bank transfer advice to Mr. Tarek Al-Tahan at t.altahan@uaeu.ac.ae  immediately after payment to ensure prompt allocation of your payment.

  3. Please ensure that your name and complete invoice number are included on the transfer notice. Kindly indicate that the transfer is for ALI2016 conference registration fees.

  • Payment must be received by the due date to receive the discount, otherwise the next level of payment will be charged.

Note:  There will be Wireless Internet Access at the Conference Venue for conference attendees.

Registration cancellation policy

  • All cancellations, alterations or transfers must be notified in writing to ALI2016.
  • Cancellations received on or before October 31, 2016 shall be refunded in full, less 50 USD to cover administration costs; no registration refunds will be made after this date.
  • As an alternative to cancellation your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization, subject to a USD 25 processing fee.
