HE UAEU Chancellor honored the winners of the Chancellor’s Award for Institutional Excellence Award 2017 per the declared award categories.  The 1st place winners of the Institutional Excellence category were as follows College of Science for being the distinguished college,  Tenders and Procurement Department as the distinguished department and for the distinguished research center,  Khalifa Center for Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering.

 

The winners of the Medals category were: Dr. Naeema Al Hosani, as the distinguished employee in the supervisory field (academic), Hessa Al-Khyeli as the distinguished employee in the technical engineering field, Imaaddedin Noubani, as the distinguished employee in specialized jobs (administrative), Dr. Jumaa Musabah Al-Kaabi as the distinguished employee in specialized jobs (academic), Saleh Ali Saleh as the distinguished employee in the administrative field, Maitha Ali Al Dhaheri, as the distinguished employee in the field of customer service, Mirghani Ibrahim Gawish as the dedicated / long service employee, whilst the new employees award in this category was jointly awarded to Shamma Obaid Mohammed Al-Kaabi and Mouza Al-Darmaki.  The Distiguished Team Category was won by  UAEU libraries team .

 

Special Award Category – Unknown Soldier

HE Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, UAEU Chancellor, honored Unknown soldier category winners: a Usman Thanikkal (1st place), Kallumottakkal Hydress (2nd place),  Hasil Mohammad (3rd place), Noushad Valappil (4th place) and  Melakkatil M.Haneefa (5th place).
