  • Short communications (20 minutes duration, including a 5 minutes discussion) will be accepted for presentation.
  • Extended Abstract guidelines:  The abstract should be at most 1 page, and contain
    •  title
    • Author.  In the case of multiple authors, please indicate the name of the speaker by an asterisk.
    • mailing address of the corresponding author
    • list of keywords
    • text of the abstract
  • The accepted abstracts will be posted on the conference website as they become available
  • Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference program book and scheduled for presentation, only after the participation of the speaker has been confirmed.


Poster sessions 

Poster sessions allow attendees to speak with the presenters on a one-to-one basis.

The registration fees will be as follows:

• Faculty member early registration fees -before Feb 1, 2016 (250 US Dollars)

• Faculty member late registration fees - after Feb 1, 2016 (300 US Dollars)

• Student early registration fees - before Feb 1, 2016 (150 US Dollars)

• Student late registration fees - after Feb 1, 2016 (250 US Dollars)

• There is an additional cost of $100 for each accompanying person.

• A one day visit to Dubai city (March 23, 2016) will be arranged, cost will be $75

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be requested and must be postmarked or faxed by January 1, 2016. After January 1 no refunds will be given.
