Company Display Area

To complement the technical presentations (11^th - 14^th December), the organizing committee would like to invite interested companies to display/demonstrate their Engineering/Environmental Geophysics technologies (hardware, software, videos, posters etc) in a special "Company Display Area" during the three days of the technical presentations. The focus of the display should be on different geophysical tools, geotechnical tools and new processing technologies. Participants will be able to visit the exhibition during coffee breaks, poster presentations (both will be held at the Display Area), lunch breaks, and in the afternoons following the technical presentations.

Below are following packages for the Company Display Area:

Package A: 3m² space. Price: EUR 500

Package B: 2 x 3m² space. Price: EUR 800

Package C: Custom-Sized Booth. Price: TBA

All packages include the following:

• 1 full-delegate registration (inc workshop, handout, portfolio, lunch, coffee, & social activities)
• Power socket, including normal power consumption
• Table & 2 chairs
• 1 insert in the delegate bag (to be supplied by the company prior to the workshop)
