Registered delegates can request official invitation letters. 

After registering online and uploading the registration form, conference attendees who need a letter of invitation should email secretary-ICCAS@uaeu.ac.ae (cc. ICCAS@uaeu.ac.ae). Your invitation letter is based on your registration information.

Visa Information

Visitors to the United Arab Emirates must obtain a visa prior to travel unless they are a citizen of a country eligible for visa-free entry or visa on arrival. Visas can be applied via your closest UAE mission. Conference participants are advised to apply for visas well in advance. Please contact an embassy or consulate of the UAE in your home country for more information.

Hotels, tourism companies and UAE airlines can also apply for a tourist visa (valid for 30 days) on your behalf.
