Offline Registration and Payment

For offline registration and payment using Bank or wire transfer please:

1. Download the registration form here.
2. Fill in the fields either (a) using Adobe Acrobat Reader© then save the file. or (b) by writing.
3. Pay the total amount appropriate for your selection by bank draft or wire transfer
4. Submit the registration form with (a) scan of the documents if required in the form, and (b) scan of the bank draft or wire transfer to the address detailed in the registration form
