Fees

The registration is for the two conferences. At least one author must be registered for the conference in order to be included in the conference program and the proceedings.
Registration fee includes registration, proceedings, coffee breaks, exhibitor's reception, lunches and conference dinner.

AGeoICT members: All AGeoICT members will have 30% waived off. The workshop for AGeoICT members is free.

Registration and Payment

1. Download the registration form here.
2. Fill in the fields either by writing or using Adobe Acrobat Reader© and saving the file.
3. Pay the total amount appropriate for your selection by bank draft or wire transfer.
4. Submit the registration form with following to email address geoconf@uaeu.ac.ae or fax number +971 3 713 4978
   1. Scans of the documents that may be required in the form.
   2. Scan of the bank draft or wire transfer.

Cancellation / Change and Refunds

• Fees for missed breaks, late arrivals, and early departures will not be refunded.
• Fees will be refunded, less a $20.00 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than November 01, 2015. After that date, fees are not-refundable.
• All refunds will be processed after the conference.
• Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
• Bank fees will be applied for any refund transaction.
