The 30th Annual Conference of the International Law College will be held under the

The conference focuses on exploring ways to benefit from digital transformation across
various economic sectors through modern technologies such as artificial intelligence
and blockchain, and their role in enhancing efficiency and attracting investments.
It also highlights the importance of youth involvement and regional and international
cooperation in driving this transformation. Additionally, the conference addresses
