2016 UAEU Annual Student Undergraduate Research Conference Guidelines
Guidelines
The 2016 conference is open to all Undergraduate Students in the United Arab Emirates Universities. The best projects will be rewarded by UAE University.
1. Only presently registered and active undergraduate students (selected by their university/college) are eligible to present on the 2016 conference day.
2. Each University is eligible to submit up to three projects including Oral presentations or Posters.
3. All contributions either Oral or Posters will be presented on the conference day:
a. Oral Presentations: 15 minutes
b. Posters show case, students should submit their abstracts prior to the final presentation (100 cm high x 140 cm wide).
4. Each university/college is required to appoint one faculty member by 22 of March, 2016 to communicate with the UAEU conference organizing committee.
5. Each university/college is responsible to select and submit the best three projects before 13th of April, 2016.
6. All participants will receive a certificate.

Projects
The 2016 Conference is open to only undergraduate students in United Arab Emirates University.
All selected students must submit their final projects (presentations or posters) by 13th of March, 2016. Any project submitted after the due date will be rejected. For more information please send your inquiries to st_conf@uaeu.ac.ae.-
All presentations should be submitted by email to: ybenchabane@uaeu.ac.ae or simmon.j@uaeu.ac.ae

Posters for men should be delivered in building H4, room 1032 or room 1031.

Posters for women should be delivered in building C5, room 2013.
