Submission
Authors are invited to submit papers in pdf format (no page limit) a charge of 25 USD applies for each extra page for papers longer than 6 pages. ( Registration Fees)
According to the IEEE two-column paper format. The paper template can be downloaded here. Submitted papers will be peer reviewed and accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings that will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Additionally, selected good quality papers will be invited for publication in a special issue of Energies journal.

Please note the author list as it is entered in EDAS is definitive after the submission deadline and cannot be changed at any time after this date. Please ensure the author list is entered correctly onto EDAS and matches the order on the paper.
If you choose to publish your paper in IEEE Xplore, it is highly recommended and mandatory, to check compliance of the manuscript files through the IEEE PDF eXpress tool.

(2) Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress 2020-06-02 site
First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
50506XP for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
