Note:
1. There are two methods of payment available: credit card (through PayPal system) and bank transfer. Details will be given with the invitation letter.
2. The registration fee indicated is for one paper. However, if the presenter will present more than one paper 300 USD will have to be paid for registration.
3. Only authors with full payments will be given the conference materials (program booklet, proceedings, bag, and certificate of attendance).
4. If the registered author is unable to attend, kindly email the secretariat at your earliest convenience for our better preparation.
5. No registration refunds will be issued.
Important Notice for VISA Application
Please note that icpsa is not responsible for the VISA application. Presenters are responsible for their own VISA application after the conference official invitation letter is granted.Should your application be denied, icpsa cannot change the decision of the Immigration office. Only half of registration fee will be refunded if the VISA application is denied.Read carefully the United Arab Emirates visa application guide in the official websites. Usually the procedure takes considerably long, so you need to begin the procedure as soon as possible.
