Dima Jamali is currently serving as Dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of Sharjah, UAE. She has an amazing academic career, having been in academia for over 20 years, primarily at the American University of Beirut (AUB), where she served as Tenured Professor and Associate Dean for the Olayan School of Business (OSB) and Director for Strategic Partnerships for the University. Dr. R. Michael Holmes Jr. is the Jim Moran Professor of Strategic Management in the Department of Management at Florida State University. He also serves as the coordinator for the Management Department’s doctoral programs at Florida State. In addition, Michael holds an appointment at the University of Johannesburg. Michael’s research focuses on the psychological foundations of strategy and entrepreneurship and on the origins of institutions and their implications for management.
