Access is denied due to invalid credentials. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. You can try again using the correct credentials.

To Report This Error

Contact helpdesk@uaeu.ac.ae and provide the following information :

1. The page url or address that you are trying to access. (for example http://www.uaeu.ac.ae/xyz)
2. The operating system of your device. (for example Windows 8 , MAC OS7 , etc ...)
3. The browser name and version. (for example IE 10 ,  FireFox 25 , etc...)
4. The location where your trying to access from : in-campus or off-campus.
5. The exact time when you get this error message.
