Prof. Ayesha Al Dhaheri is currently the Associate Provost for Students Affairs at United Arab Emirates University. She served as Vice Dean of Health Sciences for the College of Medicine and Health Sciences and for the College of Food and Agriculture from 2017-2020. Prof. Al Dhaheri is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the UCL Division of Medicine by the University College London (UCL), the Coordinator for MEFOODS and GULFOODS for FAO-Rome, and the President of Emirates Nutrition Association. Prof. Al Dhaheri also served as the Chairperson for the Nutrition and Health Department at UAEU from 2012-2017 and served as the Head of the World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre in Nutrition from 2012-2015.
