Process for submission of abstracts and presentation media

All interested students must submit their abstracts (for both presentations and posters) before 17^th of March, 2017.
Any abstract submitted after the due date will be put on a reserve list and considered only in the case of withdrawal of  an accepted project.

Process:

• Colleges should submit a pre-nomination list of participating students and general project titles by 23^th February 2017
• Participating students should register online by 3^rd March 2017
• Abstracts should be submitted by 17th March 2017
• If assistance with printing for poster presentations is required, this must be communicated by 12^th April 2017
• Final presentation media (posters and oral) should be submitted by 13^th April 2017

Abstracts should be submitted by email to: usrc2017.info@uaeu.ac.ae by 17^th March 2017 at the latest

Poster Submission:

1. Posters for male students should be delivered to building H4, room 1031 or room 1033.
2. Posters for female students should be delivered to building C5, room 0074.
